Management Accelerator Program Is a ‘Gem,’ Say Participants

Management Accelerator Program Is a ‘Gem,’ Say Participants

Cincinnati Children’s is on a mission to expand the diversity of our leaders so that we are more representative of the community and the patients and families we serve.

For that reason, we have partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the Management Accelerator Program as a leadership development opportunity for minority employees. The program focuses on enhancing leadership mindsets and behaviors, setting and leading a business strategy, problem solving for impact, and deepening participant understanding of functional business topics.

The program offers cohort-based learning, with opportunities for participants to build their Cincinnati Children’s network and to meet peers from around the world. The program is designed for high-performing, mid-career leaders aspiring to take the challenging leap into management or senior leadership. McKinsey & Company currently offers cohorts for Black, Hispanic-Latinx and Asian leaders.

To learn more about the program, please contact Leigh Paquette at leigh.paquete@cchmc.org.
